Injection molding is the most widely used in processing thermoplastic resins; optimum injection environment setting based on mold manufacture with injection molding analysis and the data accumulated at the field is the most important for injection molding. This is the simplified process of complicated process consisted of electric circuits by making one-body electric circuits for plastic injection molding and the benefit such as cost saving, quality and function improvement, and time saving may be obtained.
Gas assisted injection molding is the technology to inject melted resin into the cavity of molds and to inject an inert gas such as nitrogen; this method has the advantage of material cost saving, C/T reduction, and defect reduction but is a complicated technology because unexpected problems may be produced in case of application of this technology with no sufficient understanding of gas flows. We designs gas channels and selects gas injection holes to meet the properties of resins and the shapes of products based on correct theory of and experiences in gas flows and produces high-quality products in the optimum injection condition.
