The quality strategy of Ilheung aims customer satisfaction with quality guarantee as the first priority and the goal is to produce and supply defect-less products only to satisfy customersĄŻ requirements and the legal controls including safety and environment.
For efficient accomplishment of such quality strategy, the Company tries to have the best quality level in the world so as to grow up to an advanced manufacturer in the worldĄŻs industry by establishing and continuously improving a quality guarantee system with reduction of deviation and lost in a series of activities consisted of design, development, production, sales, and A/S of the products of the Company and by making the environment to cultivate professional manpower.
The executives and employees of the Company have to understand the quality system according to the quality strategy and fulfill individual responsibilities according to the regulations.
To assure the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of the requirements of quality system, the Company assigns senior managing director as quality management representative.
The quality system of the Company is based on ISO/TS 16949 : 2009.
